How to use it
- Type or paste your options, one per line.
- Open Options if you want more than one result, a different reveal style, or duplicates ignored.
- Press Pick a random one.
Five ways to reveal the result
Instant for speed. Shuffle for a short suspense flicker. Card flip when you want the result to feel like a draw. Slot machine for parties and giveaways. Spinning wheel when a room is watching — pair it with the Fullscreen button for a projector.
Give some options a better chance
Turn on weights in Options and write a number after an asterisk:
Adobo *3
Sinigang *1
Pancit *2
Adobo now has three chances in six. Useful for raffles where people earned extra entries, or for a chore list where one task should come up more often.
Common questions
Can I pick more than one?
Set How many in Options. Results are drawn without replacement, so the same item never appears twice in one draw.
How do I stop the same item coming up again?
Turn on Remove each pick from the list — the picked item is deleted from the box after every draw. Good for assigning tasks or drawing several winners in a row.
Is the result really random?
Yes, and the method is documented on how randomness works here.
